Developing Safe Church Policies, Guidelines and Practices to Reduce Risk For clergy, congregational leaders, districts, and judicatories. The Walking Together program offers consultation on development of policies and guidelines for reducing the risk of child sexual abuse and sexual harassment. We provide training for clergy, Stephen ministers, and others on ministering to families experiencing domestic violence; understanding the needs of adult survivors of child sexual abuse; integrating a convicted sexual offender into the congregation; and congregational healing in the aftermath of trauma.
